I. Basic Functions

- Planning, organizing, directing, and running day-to-day activities connected with operations, maintenance and upkeep of the Plant and ensure achievement of laid down targets.
- Optimising production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Accountability for overall manufacturing organization, manufacturing support, process improvement, safety, and quality.
- Administrative responsibilities of the Plant.
- Maintain close liaison with the client and Boiler supplier.
- Ensure strict implementation of EHS Protocols.

II. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1.Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations.

2.Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

3.Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation,

information and data security, people management, HR and other delivery.





4.Be responsible for production output.

5.Allocate resources effectively.

6.Prepare budgets.

7.Build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees.

8.Communicate with employees about performance expectations.

9.Give practical feedback to employees.

10.Ensure smooth daily operations.

12.Adhere to company's rules and regulations.

13.Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology.

14.Maintain cordial relations with the client.

15.Ensure timely inspections and renewals of all certifications and compliances
