Job Overview A leading automotive organization is looking for a customer-focused and knowledgeable Bodyshop Advisor to join its team in Pune.

The Bodyshop Advisor will act as the key point of contact between customers and the bodyshop, managing the complete vehicle repair journey from initial inspection and estimation through to completion and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle repair process.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates and quotations.
- Explain repair requirements, costs, timelines, and processes to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.
- Schedule repair appointments and monitor vehicle repair progress.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, parts suppliers, technicians, and other service providers.
- Assist customers with insurance claims and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Maintain repair orders, parts details, labour records, invoices, and vehicle history.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards.
- Keep customers informed about repair status, delays, and additional repair requirements.




- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support invoicing and payment-related activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder.
- Previous experience in an automotive bodyshop, automobile service centre, customer service, or similar role is preferred.
- Positive understanding of vehicle repair processes, automobile parts, and automotive terminology.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively during the evening shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of bodyshop management software will be an advantage.
- Valid driving licence may be required.
