We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and student-focused Biology K-12 Teacher to deliver high-quality online Biology classes to students from the Himachal Pradesh State Board. The role will involve teaching K-12 students, ensuring strong conceptual understanding, effective learning, and improved academic outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience teaching State Board students and be confident in delivering engaging online classes using a pen tablet. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Biology concepts, curriculum requirements, and examination patterns.

The role will also involve preparing PPTs, lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and other digital teaching content to make online classes interactive and effective.

What You'll Do

- Conduct engaging and interactive online Biology classes for K-12 students following the Himachal Pradesh State Board curriculum.
- Teach Biology concepts including life processes, cell biology, human biology, plant biology, genetics, ecology, evolution, and other topics as applicable to the students' grade level and syllabus.




- Encourage students to ask questions and actively participate during classes.
- Resolve academic doubts and provide clear explanations to strengthen conceptual understanding.

What We're Looking For

- Solid command of Biology concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to K-12 students.
- Immediate joiner.
- Candidate must be comfortable relocating to Gurugram, as online classes will be conducted from the Filo Gurugram office.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday (6 days working).

Compensation & Benefits

- CTC: ₹5–5.5 LPA

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
