Job Title: BIM Technician

We are looking for a skilled BIM Technician to support our engineering and project teams in developing accurate BIM models and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update BIM models based on engineering drawings and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, sections, schedules, and project documentation.
- Update drawings and models based on design changes and consultant/client comments.
- Ensure models and drawings meet project standards and quality requirements.
- Maintain proper project files, sheets, families, and model documentation.




- Coordinate with engineers and project teams for timely project delivery.

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in BIM modelling or drafting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or equivalent BIM software.
- Positive understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
