DESCRIPTION The Billing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day pharmaceutical sales billing and invoicing using MARG ERP, ensuring accuracy in product, batch, quantity, pricing, discounts, GST and customer details.

The role involves preparing sales invoices for PCD franchise, distributor and institutional orders, checking stock and batch availability, coordinating with sales and dispatch teams, and ensuring timely processing of orders.

The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining billing records, processing sales returns, credit/debit notes and rate adjustments, and supporting reconciliation of customer accounts wherever required. The role requires strong attention to detail to ensure that all invoices are prepared accurately and in accordance with company pricing and commercial terms.

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate in any discipline with 2-5 years of hands-on experience working on MARG ERP, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

The candidate must have solid working knowledge of MARG ERP for pharma billing, including sales invoicing, purchase entries,



batch-wise billing, stock management, GST, discounts/schemes, sales returns, credit/debit notes and customer ledger-related transactions.

Hands-on experience in managing batch numbers, expiry dates, MRP, pricing, stock availability and invoice accuracy within MARG ERP is essential.

The candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day billing independently in MARG and coordinating with sales, dispatch and accounts teams for order processing.
