Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

### Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in residential construction projects. The candidate should have good knowledge of quantity measurement, client and subcontractor billing, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

### Key Responsibilities

Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.

Measure quantities as per drawings and site progress.

Prepare RA bills, final bills, and billing reports.

Maintain billing records and supporting documents.

Coordinate with the site, planning, and accounts teams for billing and payment processing.





Track work progress against BOQ and work orders.

Assist in preparing quantity variations and extra item statements.

Ensure timely submission of bills and follow up on approvals.

### Requirements

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

4-5 years of experience in billing for residential construction projects.

Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, and construction drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and report preparation).

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

### Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP or billing software.

Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
