Job Overview The Learning Grove is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bengali Teacher cum Coordinator for our Coaching Centre in Newtown. The candidate should have teaching experience for students from Class 3 to Class 10 and should also be capable of managing student and parent coordination.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a valuable understanding of student requirements, and the ability to handle admission queries and coordinate effectively with parents.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesTeaching Responsibilities

- Teach Bengali to students from Class 3 to Class 10.
- Prepare lessons and study materials according to student requirements.
- Help students improve their Bengali reading, writing, grammar, and language skills.
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor student progress.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

Coordinator Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent queries regarding admissions and courses.
- Provide proper information about classes, fees, schedules,



and programs.
- Coordinate effectively with parents regarding student progress and attendance.
- Manage student records and basic admission-related information.
- Coordinate with students, parents, and management for smooth daily operations.
- Assist in maintaining student attendance and class schedules.

Required Skills
- Experience in teaching Bengali for Class 3 to Class 10 students.
- Good communication skills in Bengali and English.
- Excellent coordination skills with students and parents.
- Ability to understand student and parent requirements quickly.
- Ability to handle admission and course-related queries.
- Friendly, responsible, and professional personality.
- Good organizational and student management skills.
- Ability to manage both teaching and coordination responsibilities.
