Designation: Behavior Therapist

Key Responsibilities

- Assess and identify behavioral, developmental, social, and communication needs of children.

- Conduct individual behavior therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.

- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

- Work on communication, social skills, self-help skills, attention, and adaptive behavior.

- Manage challenging behaviors such as tantrums, aggression, non-compliance, and self-injurious behavior.

- Monitor and document children’s progress through regular session notes and reports.

- Guide parents/caregivers on appropriate behavior-management techniques at home.

- Coordinate with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators,



and doctors.

- Maintain a protected, supportive, and child-friendly therapy environment.

- Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital policies and professional standards.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Rehabilitation, Child Development, or a related field.

- Certification/training in ABA, Behavior Therapy, or developmental intervention will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,863.25 - ₹32,610.02 per month
