About the Role The US Bench Sales Recruiter serves as a key liaison for managing professional profiles, communicating with corporate clients and vendors, and coordinating interview schedules. This role operates during US business hours (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST) to handle profile placements and market coordination efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate profile positioning across professional platforms, corporate contact lists, and partner channels.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with corporate vendors and partner organizations.
- Manage daily profile submissions, organize interview schedules, and maintain accurate activity logs.
- Communicate professionally with corporate clients and partners via email, phone, and skilled networking channels during shift hours.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Graduates from non-technical disciplines (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Communication:
Clear and professional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with MS Office, and efficient typing capability.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work the scheduled night shift from 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (5 days working).
- Work Ethic: Detail-oriented, target-driven approach with strong organizational capabilities.
