We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Site Engineer – Civil with approximately 10 years of construction experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing execution teams, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring that construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure construction work is carried out in accordance with approved architectural and structural drawings and project specifications.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, site workers, and other construction teams.
- Track project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper quality and workmanship.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project management teams.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues before and during execution.
- Resolve site-level technical and construction-related challenges in a timely manner.
- Manage manpower allocation and ensure effective utilization of site resources.
- Monitor material requirements, availability, consumption, and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with established safety procedures and construction standards.
- Maintain proper site documentation, measurements, records, and reports.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and other required project progress reports.




- Support project planning and ensure smooth coordination between various teams.
- Ensure construction activities meet the required quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Around 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Experience handling residential and/or commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Good knowledge of quality control and construction safety practices.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently handle site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, responsible, and results-oriented civil engineering professional capable of independently managing site operations, leading construction teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
