Corpseed is looking for experienced Business Development Managers to join our Environmental Services Division and help businesses navigate their regulatory and environmental compliance requirements.

Position

Business Development Manager – Environment Compliance

Experience Required: 5+ years in Environment Consulting, ESG, EIA, or Pollution Control Compliance Sales

Key Responsibilities

▪️ Generate, nurture & convert B2B leads

▪️ Understand client requirements and prepare proposals

▪️ Sell services including CTE/CTO, EIA, MoEF Clearances, ESG, EPR, CGWA & Waste Management Licenses

▪️ Coordinate with technical & advisory teams

▪️ Manage leads and activities through CRM

▪️ Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding

▪️ Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets





What We’re Looking For

- Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or Business Management
- Strong understanding of Environmental Compliance / ESG / EIA preferred
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
