Glowing Digital is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers interested in sales, business development, client communication, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain our digital marketing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good English fluency with robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional communication with clients.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
