Key Responsibilities

Learn to prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to company standards.

Assist experienced baristas with grinding, brewing, steaming milk, and other coffee-making tasks.

Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and caf area.

Handle cash and operate the POS system as trained.

Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.

Participate actively in training and development sessions.

Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.

Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.

Passion for coffee and customer service.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.

Basic math skills for cash handling.

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods.
