BALER OPERATOR

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Baler Operator to operate the baling machine and support the production and packing process in our recycling manufacturing unit.

Job Responsibilities

- Operate the Baler Machine safely and efficiently
- Feed and process materials as per production requirements
- Ensure proper bale formation, packing and strapping
- Maintain required bale weight and quality
- Monitor machine operation and identify basic abnormalities
- Follow production instructions and SOPs
- Maintain housekeeping around the machine and work area
- Follow 5S, safety and PPE requirements
- Assist in material handling and movement of finished bales
- Report machine problems or safety issues to the supervisor




- Achieve assigned production targets

Candidate Profile
- Basic-level operators / Freshers can apply
- Previous experience in baler operation, recycling or textile industry preferred
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts
- Basic machine operation and safety awareness
- Good discipline and willingness to learn

SALARY: UP TO ₹13,000/- PER MONTH TRANSPORT FACILITY AVAILABLE Location: Kakkavadi, Karur
