Industry: Edtech / Education The Backend Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of student lifecycle processes, financial operations, and center compliance. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage cross-functional coordination across academic, financial, and operational domains.

Key Responsibilties:

- Manage student documentation and ensure accuracy of records.
- Drive student app adoption and monitor usage effectiveness.
- Oversee student enrollment processes and ensure timely onboarding.
- Supervise fee collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Monitor attendance records and ensure data integrity.
- Implement retention strategies to improve student engagement.
- Handle refund processing with accuracy and compliance.




- Provide tech handholding and support to staff and students.
- Coordinate supply chain management for academic and operational needs.
- Manage franchise share processing and ensure timely settlements.
- Ensure adherence to Center Operation SOPs.
- Address and resolve student grievances promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in education or service industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MIS tools, ERP systems, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
