Oncogenomics Lifesciences specializes in the sales and service of high-quality biotechnology products, instruments, and consumables. From custom synthesis (oligos, gene, peptide) and DNA sequencing to ELISA kits and PCR super mix, we provide top-tier solutions to the life sciences sector.

What You Will Be Doing

- System Operations & Billing: Manage daily billing operations, GST reconciliation, and accurate record-keeping using Excel and Busy Software.
- Material & Order Checks: Oversee material inspections and stock levels to ensure flawless order fulfillment.
- Client & Sales Coordination: Act as the central communication bridge between our external clients and internal sales teams.
- Technical & Customer Support: Clarify product inquiries, troubleshoot operational issues, and provide timely support to keep everything moving efficiently.
- Government Tenders:



Navigate and manage operations on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal for public sector procurement.

Who We Are Looking For

- Hands-on experience with Busy Software, Excel, and GST Reconciliation.
- Solid working knowledge of the GeM portal.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, and daily back-end operations.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, extreme attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and knowledge of biotechnology equipment/consumables is highly preferred.
