Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Intern who is confident, energetic and interested in building a career in B2B Technology Sales. You will identify potential businesses, connect with decision-makers, understand their requirements, introduce relevant solutions, generate qualified leads and support the sales team in converting opportunities.

What You Will Do

- Research and identify potential B2B customers.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calling, email and other channels.
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings/product demos.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Maintain leads and activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Support proposals, quotations and sales closures.
- Achieve assigned weekly/monthly sales activity and lead-generation targets.

What We Are Looking For





- BBA / MBA / B.Com / BCA / IT / Computer Science or related background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with business owners and professionals.
- Strong interest in Sales, Business Development and Technology.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and persistent.
- Valuable research, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.
- Freshers are welcome. Technical knowledge is not mandatory-we will train you on our products and solutions.
