Blue Bonnet Medical Supplies (BBMS) is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B email outbound marketing executive to join our team.

If you enjoy researching companies, finding the right decision-makers, writing compelling emails, and turning cold prospects into meaningful business conversations, this role could be for you.

? What You’ll Do

- Plan and execute B2B outbound email campaigns targeting healthcare and medical companies.
- Research potential companies, decision-makers, and relevant business opportunities.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect databases.
- Create personalized and engaging cold email campaigns.
- Manage follow-ups and nurture prospects through multiple touchpoints.
- Track email performance, including open rates, response rates, meetings, and conversions.
- Identify what messaging works and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Coordinate with the business development team to convert qualified leads into meetings and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions.

- ? What We’re Looking For

- 0–3 years of experience in B2B email marketing, cold outreach, lead generation,



inside sales, or business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive understanding of email outreach and prospecting.
- Ability to research companies and identify the right decision-makers.
- Comfortable working with CRM, email automation, LinkedIn, and lead-generation tools.
- A result-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in B2B sales/marketing are also welcome.
