Key Responsibilities
- Generate and handle B2C leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV/technical training programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments.
- Explain course structure, fees, duration, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM/database.
- Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions/training team for student onboarding.
- Maintain a positive relationship with prospective and enrolled students.
Requirements
- Freshers and recent graduates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Interest in sales, business development, or the EV/renewable energy sector.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
