We’re Hiring: Enterprise B2B Sales Associate

At 9to5, we don’t just sell merchandise we help companies build memorable employee and customer experiences through branded merchandise, Corporate gifting, Employee onboarding kits, rewards, storefronts, and large-scale fulfilment.

We’re looking for someone who can turn conversations into relationships and relationships into revenue.

What you’ll do:

Identify and connect with HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing and Employee Engagement teams

Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails, networking and referrals

Understand client requirements and recommend relevant merchandise and gifting solutions

Create proposals, coordinate samples and confidently present solutions

Own the complete sales cycle from the first conversation to commercial closure





Build long-term relationships with enterprise accounts

Work closely with procurement, design and operations to ensure smooth execution

Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

You’ll be a outstanding fit if you:

Have 1–3 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales

Come from a corporate gifting, branded merchandise, employee engagement or promotional products company preferred

Are confident speaking with senior decision-makers

Know how to follow up without sounding like a follow-up machine

Have strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Are ambitious, resourceful and genuinely enjoy closing business

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
