? ? Role: Azure Cloud Security Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Azure security, SIEM, and vulnerability management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Azure Cloud Security support for the HBJV client, focusing on Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Defender for Endpoint.
- Monitor and investigate security threats, incidents, and alerts to ensure effective threat detection and response.
- Manage and investigate security incidents using FortiSIEM, including detailed analysis, root cause identification, and timely resolution.
- Review and manage monthly Qualys vulnerability scan reports, categorizing findings and coordinating with technical teams for remediation.
- Track vulnerability remediation and ensure timely closure of identified security issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and remediate critical vulnerabilities across Azure environments.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with security best practices and defined SLAs.




- Support continuous improvement of the client's overall Azure Cloud Security posture.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4–6 years of experience in Azure Cloud Security / Cyber Security.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Good experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE).
- Experience working with FortiSIEM for security monitoring and incident investigation.
- Hands-on experience with Qualys Vulnerability Management and vulnerability remediation.
- Solid understanding of Azure security concepts, threat detection, monitoring, and compliance.
- Experience in security incident analysis, investigation, and root cause identification.
- Good understanding of vulnerability management and remediation processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience working within defined SLAs and security processes.
