About the Role

We are looking for a strong Azure Data & AI Architect with a combination of enterprise architecture, pre-sales solutioning, and hands-on delivery leadership .

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and delivering large-scale Data & AI platforms on Microsoft Azure , along with strong client-facing capabilities and experience working within a Microsoft Partner organization .

You will play a key role across the complete solution lifecycle — from customer discovery and RFP/RFI solutioning to architecture design, PoCs, estimation, delivery governance, and technical leadership .

? Key Responsibilities

Azure Data & AI Architecture

- Design end-to-end Azure data architectures covering ingestion, storage, transformation, governance, security, and consumption .
- Develop reference architectures, solution blueprints, HLD/LLD, target-state architectures, and technical diagrams .
- Architect scalable, secure, highly available, and cost-optimized data and AI platforms on Microsoft Azure.
- Apply Azure Well-Architected Framework principles across solution design and implementation.

Pre-Sales & Consulting

- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide architecture and solution inputs for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and bids .
- Develop solution approaches, architecture proposals, effort/cost estimates, implementation plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Conduct architecture presentations, technical workshops, PoCs, and customer demos .
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop winning solutions.

Delivery & Architectural Leadership

- Provide hands-on architectural oversight throughout implementation and delivery.
- Guide Data Engineering, Data Science,



and AI/ML teams on pipeline architecture, data modeling, MLOps, deployment, and engineering best practices .
- Review code, data pipelines, infrastructure, and IaC for security, compliance, performance, scalability, and cost optimization .
- Identify architectural risks and provide technical direction to delivery teams.

- Microsoft Purview or equivalent data governance platforms
- Power BI semantic modeling and reporting

? AI / ML / GenAI

Experience with

- Azure Machine Learning
- Azure OpenAI Service
- Azure AI Foundry
- Azure Cognitive Services
- AI/ML and Generative AI solution architecture
- MLOps, including MLflow, Azure ML Pipelines, and CI/CD for ML

? Azure Security & Infrastructure

Working knowledge of

- Microsoft Entra ID
- Azure RBAC
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure Private Link
- Azure networking and security architecture
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates

? Programming & Engineering Hands-on experience with:
- Python
- SQL
- Spark / PySpark
- Data engineering frameworks and distributed data processing

⭐ MANDATORY EXPERIENCE Candidates must meet the following criteria :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience , including 8+ years in Azure Data & AI Architecture .




- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale data platforms on Microsoft Azure .
- Strong experience designing end-to-end Azure data architecture , including ingestion, storage, transformation, governance, and consumption.
- Proven pre-sales experience , including customer discovery, RFP/RFI solutioning, architecture proposals, effort/cost estimation, roadmaps, presentations, PoCs, and demos.
- Hands-on architectural oversight during delivery , including code, pipeline, and IaC reviews.
- Strong understanding and application of the Azure Well-Architected Framework .
- Prior experience in a Microsoft Partner organization is mandatory.
- Direct involvement in achieving or maintaining the Microsoft Solutions Partner designation for Data & AI (Azure) .
- Hands-on contribution toward Microsoft Data & AI specialization audit requirements , including customer success references, skilling, performance evidence, and related partner requirements.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and executive audiences .

- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Azure Data Engineer Associate
- Azure AI Engineer Associate
- DP-600 – Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer

Additional Experience:

- Power BI semantic modeling/reporting

- MLflow / Azure ML Pipelines
- CI/CD for ML and Data platforms
- Consulting / System Integrator (SI) experience
- Microsoft Partner / Solutions Partner setting
