Job Responsibilities:
The AWS DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and supporting cloud infrastructure and deployment processes across AWS environments. The role requires expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, cloud migration initiatives, and system reliability practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS native services.
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Bamboo.
- Administer and support Kubernetes (EKS) clusters and containerized workloads using Docker.
- Manage and maintain AWS services including EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes.
- Support cloud migration projects using AWS migration tools such as CloudEndure and AWS SMS.
- Implement deployment strategies including Blue/Green and Canary deployments.
- Monitor infrastructure health, performance,
and availability using Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Datadog, and Splunk.
- Manage source code repositories and administration activities for GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system scalability, security, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across Linux and Windows environments.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, infrastructure optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Contribute to documentation, release management, change management, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve platform resilience and performance.
Job Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or related domains.
- Robust hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementation.
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker containerization technologies.
- Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Bamboo.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration.
- Experience implementing automated deployment strategies and release management processes.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience with GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting, automation, and scripting capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
