YNOS Venture Platform is India's data intelligence & ecosystem platform for the early-stage startup ecosystem. Founded & incubated at IIT Madras, we sit at the intersection of data, technology, Capital and India's startup economy. Our long-term vision is to become India's supermarket for startups — the central platform through which any actor in the ecosystem such as Investors, Incubators, research institutions, service providers and Banks can discover, engage with, and transact with the startup world The Role

This is an opportunity to build a category-defining digital platform at the intersection of startups, data, AI and Capital—not simply to manage an existing product.

- Own the product vision and roadmap for YNOS’s digital platform, which brings together startup intelligence, ecosystem data and capital connectivity.
- Translate user needs into product experiences across founders, investors, corporates and ecosystem partners— identifying high-value use cases and prioritising features accordingly.
- Build a differentiated startup intelligence layer by defining how startup, founder, funding, investor, sector and ecosystem data is collected, structured, enriched and surfaced to users.
- Design data-driven discovery and matching experiences that intelligently connect startups with relevant investors, capital providers, mentors and ecosystem opportunities, leveraging AI




- Drive the full product lifecycle—from problem discovery and user research through PRDs, UX, development, launch, adoption and continuous optimisation.
- Work closely with technology, data, and business teams to build scalable products leveraging automation, analytics and AI/ML where they create meaningful user value.
- Create a highly engaging, intuitive platform experience that encourages recurring usage and becomes a trusted destination for startup and investment intelligence.
- Define and track product metrics around user acquisition, engagement, retention, data quality
- Continuously benchmark the global startup intelligence and investor platforms landscape, identifying opportunities for YNOS to build differentiated capabilities.

What We Are Looking For

- 6–15 years of overall business & technology experience, of which 3 yrs+ should be in a Product mgmt. role
- Prior experience with digital platforms, consulting, Venture Capital, Startup ecosystem or data services is preferred.
- Experience with digital marketing and/ or event mgmt. is a plus
- Experience in leveraging AI in Product management is a big plus
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, excel and powerpoint skills
- Qualified as MBA or CA
