Role Description The Automation Developer will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that streamline business workflows and integrate AI-driven functionality into client systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing processes, implementing automation scripts and tools, performing code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities. The role also involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues,



and ensuring quality standards are met across all automation deployments.

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, with experience in designing and implementing end-to-end workflow solutions.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, using modern languages and frameworks relevant to automation and integration.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, including testing, validation, and continuous improvement of automated systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or tools, API integrations, and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid workplace in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
