Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Autocad Drafter role based in Hyderabad.

The Autocad

Drafter will prepare detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical plans for residential and commercial projects in line with design specifications and local standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and updating CAD drawings, coordinating with architects and interior designers,



and translating conceptual designs into precise technical documentation. The role involves reviewing drawings for accuracy, maintaining drawing files and standards, and supporting project teams with layout changes, revisions, and as-built drawings. The drafter will collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to ensure that all drawings effectively support construction, fit-out, and procurement activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and Drawing for architectural and interior projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing Shop Drawings and Architectural Drawings for residential and commercial spaces.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Architecture principles relevant to design and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD tools; familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Revit) is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret design briefs, specifications, and building codes with robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary project teams on-site.
- Prior experience in high-end residential or commercial projects is preferred.
