Role Description The Auditor role at BuyBuyCart is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The auditor will perform daily reviews of financial records, transactions, and operational processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal policies.

Responsibilities include conducting regular audits of sales, inventory, and expense reports, identifying discrepancies, and preparing clear documentation and reports for management. The role involves collaborating with finance and operations teams to recommend process improvements, support risk management activities, and help maintain strong internal controls. The auditor will also assist in implementing audit plans, following up on corrective actions,



and supporting periodic regulatory or external audit requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify inconsistencies.
- Sound knowledge of auditing principles, basic accounting practices, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting or ERP software; comfort working with data and reports.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple audit tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a structured and objective manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA, CA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in internal or external auditing, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a fast-paced commercial setting.
- High level of integrity, qualified ethics, and commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
