Position Purpose and Nature

Responsible for overall performance of Housekeeping of the site

Key Accountabilities and Duties

Checking front of the house as well back of the house daily basis.

Checking caddies & trolleys.

Checking duty roasters & absenteeism.

Checking grooming of the staffs.

Checking for the pest control measurers & follow-ups with the agency.

Take corrective actions on all nonconformities including incidents/accidents if any.

Checking all the necessary PPE’s of the staffs.

Maintaining whole of our landscaped area

Determine aspect-impacts including significant aspects and implement relevant controls.

Determine hazards-risk including significant hazards and implement controls

Participate in mock drills

Report near misses

Identify training needs and attend trainings as planned.

Implementing check lists & follow-ups.

Participate in incident investigation

Agency meetings & corrections.

Follow-up the SLA & KPI of the respective agencies.

Follow-up for trainings as per SOP’s.

Follow up for cleaning standard as per SOP’s.

Ensure PPM activities

Any other task / responsibility assigned by the management time to time

Authority To assist in issue/ cancel permit for any planned activity To STOP any unsafe work as reported by workmen or self observed

Conduct contractor monitoring and review meeting on monthly basis

Manage stock requirement and reordering of consumables for house keeping activities





Provide inputs for financial budgeting to Property Manager

OHS&W; Responsibility To ensure RMZ HSE Policy is understood by self and co-workers.

To ensure RMZ safety management system is implemented and communicated to the team.

To ensure OHS objective are understood and individual objectives are completed as per the defined target date.

To identify risk at his work place, control measures are implemented and communicated to concerned employees.

Actively Participation in Employee Consultation Forum and other OH&S; related meetings.

To report all incidents, NMCs, SOs that have occurred are reported and take participation as per procedures.

To ensure work is carried out as per the Permit to Work standard and also implementation of all identified control measures as per risk assessment (JSA, HIRA, TBT, etc.)

To attend all the training as per TNI and Training plan.

To ensure that all OH&S; related documents are maintained, tracked and tracked as per assigned responsibility.

IMS Responsibilities

Determine issues, needs and expectations of interested parties

Determine aspect-impacts including significant aspects and implement relevant controls

Determine hazards-risk including significant hazards and implement controls

Maintain and update aspect-impact register and HIRA register.

Planning to achieve IMS objectives as set by management

Complying with all applicable legal requirements

Identify training needs and attend trainings as planned.

Maintain records of external communication if any

Maintain & retain documented information

Manage changes in a structured manner

Waste management and disposal

Determine emergencies and test all emergencies

Participate in mock drills

Participate in incident investigation





Take corrective actions on all nonconformities including incidents/accidents if any.

Undertake continual improvements

Actively participate in 5S initiatives to maintain cleanliness and discipline within the Soft Services department

People Management Responsibilities

Able to lead site team to run the Housekeeping Operations smoothly

Staff’s discipline and well being.
