Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, its constituent engineering institute, offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Computer Science & Engineering, including a specialisation in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.

1. Ph.D. in CSE/AI/ML or an allied discipline, with minimum eight years of teaching or research experience, of which at least three at Assistant Professor level, as per UGC/AICTE and SIU norms.
2. Teach across the core CSE curriculum like data structures, algorithms, operating systems, databases, networks and software engineering.
3. Teach AI/ML specialisation courses like machine learning,



deep learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI and MLOps.
4. Scopus h-index above 10, with a sustained record of publications in SCI/SCIE and Scopus-indexed journals and reputed international conferences.
5. Proven ability to write competitive funding proposals, with externally funded projects earlier sanctioned as PI or Co-PI by agencies such as DST, SERB, AICTE, DRDO or MeitY.
6. Build an active research group, supervise Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate dissertations, and pursue patents and technology disclosures.
7. Develop industry outreach through MoUs, consultancy, sponsored laboratories, centres of excellence, internships and joint research initiatives.
8. Conceive and organise international conferences, symposia, faculty development programmes, workshops and hackathons end to end, including publication tie-ups.
9. Mentor students in innovation, prototyping, entrepreneurship and national competitions, and support Institute Innovation Council and technical chapter activities.
10. Lead NBA, NAAC and NIRF accreditation work, including SAR/SSR preparation, CO-PO mapping, attainment computation and audit-ready documentation.
