Role Description The Associate Product Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This position involves supporting end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, refining product roadmaps, and coordinating with engineering, design, and data science teams.

Manager will help translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product specifications, monitor product performance, and assist in planning experiments and feature releases.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, analyzing product metrics, preparing product documentation, and collaborating on go-to-market plans for AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret product metrics and user insights.
- Experience or coursework in product management, business analysis, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with software development concepts, AI/ML or data-driven products, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear product requirements and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
- Interest in applied AI, responsible technology development, and building practical, high-impact products.
- Prior internship or 1–2 years’ experience in product, technology, consulting, or startup environments is a plus.
