Role OverviewWe are seeking an Associate Management Consultant with at least 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business analysis. This role involves working directly with clients to analyze problems, develop actionable recommendations, and support execution efforts. You will contribute to high-impact projects focused on strategic planning, operational improvements, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with clients to understand strategic, operational, and business challenges and structure problems effectively.
- Conduct market research, business analysis, financial analysis, and competitive assessments to identify key insights and opportunities.
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations and actionable implementation plans for clients.
- Support projects across strategy, growth, operations, market expansion, and business transformation.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, business cases,



financial models, and executive-level insights.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and presentations.
- Work with project teams to track deliverables, timelines, milestones, and risks to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute to industry research, consulting frameworks, case studies, and internal knowledge development.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a client-facing business role
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, team-based environments

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to strategic planning, operating model design, or business transformation projects
- Familiarity with project management or change management approaches
- Experience in sectors such as technology, healthcare, financial services, or the public sector (a plus)
