Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Management Consultant with at least 3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business analysis. This role involves working directly with clients to analyze problems, develop actionable recommendations, and support execution efforts. You will contribute to high-impact projects focused on strategic planning, operational improvements, and business transformation. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand strategic and operational challenges
- Conduct detailed analyses of business processes, financial performance, and market data
- Support the development of strategic recommendations and implementation roadmaps
- Create high-quality client deliverables including presentations, reports, and models
- Participate in client workshops,



interviews, and stakeholder discussions
- Track project deliverables, milestones, and risks to ensure timely execution
- Contribute to internal knowledge development and capability building

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a client-facing business role
- Robust strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, team-based environments

Preferred Experience

- Exposure to strategic planning, operating model design, or business transformation projects
- Familiarity with project management or change management approaches
- Experience in sectors such as technology, healthcare, financial services, or the public sector (a plus)
