We are hiring a seasoned Structured Finance professional for a senior opportunity with a leading financial services organization. The role offers exposure to complex structured credit transactions, securitisation and credit risk analysis.

Responsibilities

1. Lead structured finance and structured credit assignments.
2. Analyse securitisation transactions, transaction structures and cash-flow waterfalls.
3. Evaluate credit risk, collateral performance, covenants and structural protections.
4. Review financial models, assumptions and stress-testing scenarios.
5. Drive analytical quality and provide guidance to team members.
6. Partner with senior stakeholders across credit, risk and analytics.

Requirements

1. 15+ years of experience in Structured Finance / Structured Credit / Securitisation / Credit Research / Capital Markets.
2. Robust understanding of structured credit products and transaction analysis.
3. Strong financial modelling and cash-flow analysis skills.
4. Experience in ABS/MBS/structured debt/securitised products will be preferred.
5.



Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
6. Candidates based in or willing to work from Pune.
7. Should have prior experience in managing and leading teams of 30+ professionals.
