Function : Demand & Supply Planning

Purpose of the Job: To support the Demand & Supply Planning team with relevant Data analysis, reports & dashboards

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Data analysis support as per requirement. Produce accurate and standardized reporting with key insights to communicate operational performance to leadership team
- Prepare Daily, weekly or Monthly reports as suggested by the Planning team
- Provide insights basis the reports prepared
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop dashboards, publish recurring status reports, analyze data, and explore how to better support stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to consolidate reports & build automated dashboards
- Develop and maintain dashboards and on-demand
- Support in Project Management tracking key metrics, regular follow ups for data, preparing presentations if needed.
- To liaise with factories & branch units for stocks movements as per requirement.

Key Skills required:
- Proficient in written & verbal English communication
- Experience of working with various stakeholders with a service delivery focused behavior is highly desirable.
- Positive attention to detail and placing a high value on data integrity, information governance and adherence to process.
- Well organized, excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent Proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft business intelligence platform Power BI, including Power Query. Highly skilled with using Advanced Excel, Macros & VBA
- Additional knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate + Power Apps would be an added advantage

Power Query/VBA





- Good understanding of VBA and SQL is required
- Utilizing Power query to shape, transform and model data for further analysis
- Develop various macros and dynamic links to create & automate the reports
- Developed the VBA Macros in application for user to process the data and populate them in the appropriate destination tables.
- Created Excel VBA macros to reformat exported spreadsheets

Advanced Excel

- Proficient with Excel Formulas such as Pivot Table, Functions, V-lookup, H-lookup, Conditional formatting, Count IF, Sum IF, data validation tool, auditing formulas and all other basic formulas etc.
- Good proficiency in creating charts and graphs including some sophisticated representation with Scatter plots, tree map, histogram, waterfall, and funnel charts etc

Power BI

- Understand business requirements in Power BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
- Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
- Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
- Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics
- Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
- Redefine and make technical changes to enhance existing Power BI systems
- Create customize charts and custom calculations as per requirements
- Design, develop and deploy business intelligence solutions as per needs
- Understanding of SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data would be an added advantage
