Inito is a venture-backed fertility technology company building the most advanced at-home hormone tracking platform in the world. We re scaling fast - targeting $50M revenue this year - and building a new creative function from scratch in Bangalore.

The role

This is the second most senior creative role in Bangalore. You ll lead creative pods - writer/art director pairs - producing high-volume performance creative across Meta, Google, CTV, and social. You own the creative quality bar for everything that ships from Bangalore. Beyond delivering work you ll be owning a creative system: repeatable, testable, and designed to learn in two-week sprint cycles.

What you ll do

- Lead and mentor creative pods (writer + art director pairs) through two-week production sprints, each delivering 40+ creative variations across formats and audience segments
- Set the creative quality bar for all performance output; hooks, scripts, static, video, carousel
- Partner with the Creative Growth Strategist to translate performance data (CPA, hook rates, audience response) into actionable creative briefs and testing hypotheses
- Own the shift from feature-led advertising to emotionally resonant, insight-driven performance creative
- Build and evolve a scalable creative production system: templates, format matrices, review cadences
- Develop audience-segmented creative strategies across priority segments: new-to-tracking, PCOS, endometriosis, irregular cycles, comparison shoppers
- Work closely with the London creative team on brand consistency, ensuring performance work aligns with the broader brand vision
- Present creative rationale and performance learnings to leadership with clarity and conviction

What you ll bring

- 10+ years in creative roles,



with at least 3 years leading teams in a D2C, performance marketing, or digital-first environment for global US focussed brands.
- A portfolio that shows you can make things that sell; not just things that look good. We want to see performance creative that worked, and evidence of why
- Deep understanding of Meta and paid social creative best practices; you know what stops a thumb and what converts in US global markets.
- Experience running sprint-based or agile creative production; you ve shipped volume without sacrificing craft
- The ability to give sharp, constructive creative feedback that elevates the team s output
- Comfort with data: you can read a performance dashboard and translate it into a creative direction
- Strong opinion on what makes copy and design work in a feed setting

Nice to have

- Experience in health, wellness, femtech, or medtech categories
- Experience working with distributed or remote creative teams across time zones
- Understanding of AI-assisted creative tools and workflows
