:
- Managing the LMS(Learning Management System).
- Monitor the progress of the training.
- Generating & maintaining MIS.
- Actively participate in the planning and development processes within the team.
- Act as a communication channel between the relevant clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that the training is being run in accordance with specified guidelines.
- Follow up with necessary stakeholders via phone calls and other channels of communication.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills with positive written and oral command of English.
- Ability to multitask.
- MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point).
