L3 Assistant Manager 3-5 years Chennai Full Time Any Degree Reports to: Security Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and mentor Security Operations Executives and Supervisors across assigned client portfolios

- Monitor overall security service quality, guard attendance, and compliance across all assigned sites

- Conduct regular client review meetings and maintain high client satisfaction across all security accounts

- Support the Security Operations Manager in manpower planning, guard deployment, and budget management

- Handle escalated client complaints and security incidents that cannot be resolved at Executive level

- Ensure all deployed security guards hold valid background verification and required documentation

- Review and approve operational reports from Security Operations Executives

- Support recent client onboarding - site security assessment, guard deployment planning, protocol definition

- Monitor statutory compliance for all deployed security staff - PF, ESI, Tamil Nadu minimum wages

- Identify operational gaps and recommend security service improvements to the Security Operations Manager

Requirements





- Any degree from a recognised university - MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred

- 3-5 years of experience in security operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

- Proven ability to manage teams and multiple security client accounts simultaneously

- Strong communication skills in Tamil and English

- Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and presentations

- Understanding of Tamil Nadu Private Security Agencies Regulation Act and related compliance

- Experience in client relationship management at an operational level

Nice to Have

- Prior experience as Assistant Manager in a security services company in Chennai

- Experience managing a portfolio of 20+ security client sites

- Knowledge of access control, CCTV, and integrated security systems
