Bond Interiors is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Trivandrum office and support our Dubai Head Office.

Position

Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Post Contract

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Freshers to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply
- Candidates with interior fit-out experience will be preferred

Key Requirements

- Ability to read and understand interior fit-out drawings
- Ability to quantify and prepare quantity take-offs from fit-out drawings
- Basic knowledge of post-contract QS activities
- Knowledge of measurements, variations, valuations, and final accounts
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Robust numerical and analytical skills




- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to coordinate with and support the Dubai QS/Commercial team

Salary ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
