About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Assistant Professor – M.Pharm to join our Pharmacy Department. The ideal candidate should have strong academic knowledge, teaching capabilities, and a passion for mentoring pharmacy students.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for B.Pharm students.
- Prepare and deliver engaging teaching materials, presentations, and lesson plans.
- Conduct practicals, assessments, examinations, and evaluations.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and professional development.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and required documentation.
- Participate in departmental activities, seminars, workshops, and other academic initiatives.
- Contribute to curriculum development and other institutional responsibilities.




- Maintain professional standards and ensure compliance with applicable academic and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- B.Pharm + M.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Ph.D./Doctorate required.
- Relevant State Pharmacy Council registration, wherever applicable.
- 3–5 years of teaching/academic experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of pharmacy subjects and practical teaching.
- Robust student mentoring and classroom management skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in B.Pharm teaching, practical sessions, student mentoring, research, and academic activities will be preferred.
