Role Description The Assistant Professor role is a full-time, on-site position based at ANANTA EDUCATION CAMPUS in Gandhinagar. The selected candidate will deliver lectures, facilitate classroom discussions, and guide students in BBA and BCA programs through tutorials, assignments, and projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing teaching materials, conducting assessments, and maintaining academic records in line with AICTE and GTU norms.

The role also involves mentoring students, participating in curriculum development, engaging in academic and administrative committees, and contributing to departmental initiatives.



Faculty members are encouraged to pursue research, attend conferences or workshops, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall academic quality.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Management, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or related field); Ph.D. or enrollment in a doctoral program is an added advantage.

- Strong teaching aptitude, including lesson planning, classroom management, student engagement, and fair assessment practices aligned with AICTE and GTU guidelines.
- Ability to conduct academic research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and participate in seminars, workshops, and conferences.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and academic administrators.
- Proficiency in basic educational technologies, learning management systems, and common productivity tools to support teaching and evaluation.
- Commitment to ethical academic practices, student-centered learning, and continuous professional development.
- Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred but not mandatory for highly capable early-career educators.
