WE’RE HIRING | ASSISTANT MEP MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Assistant MEP Manager to join our team at The Heriytage, Solapur.

Position: Assistant MEP Manager

Location: Solapur

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Monitor day-to-day MEP operations and ensure smooth functioning of all building services
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and service providers
- Review MEP layouts, technical drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation
- Monitor installation, repair, servicing, and maintenance activities
- Handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, power distribution, water supply, and drainage systems
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Identify technical issues and coordinate timely troubleshooting and resolution
- Support procurement of MEP materials, equipment, spare parts, and contractor services
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, service reports, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Coordinate MEP requirements before and during events to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Track project timelines, contractor performance, material requirements, and work progress
- Prepare regular maintenance and progress reports for senior management





What We’re Looking For

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in MEP coordination, facility management, construction, hospitality, or building services
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Hands-on experience in MEP installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination
- Practical experience in plumbing and MEP design, including reviewing layouts and technical drawings
- Experience in procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and contractor services
- Knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and water systems
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, banquet halls, luxury venues, or commercial properties will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and MEP best practices
