Subject Matter Expertise in Financial reporting, Notes to accounts and other Disclosures etc
- Financial reporting and SEC reporting experience preferred
- Preparation of GAAP supplementals, financial statements, and Notes to accounts before submission to onshore team
- Lead and mentor junior team member
- Liaison with multiple departments (Input providers) during the close to ensure timely completion of deliverables/Collaborate for special projects
- Support quarterly/annual audits by internal auditors, as well as independent external auditors
- Participate or lead special projects, initiatives, ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
- CA/MBA/Post-Graduate/Graduate in Finance with 3+ years of experience in Financial Reporting (SEC Reporting)
- Knowledge of US GAAP reporting concepts including accounting standards
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power BI etc.)
- ERP’s such as Oracle, Wdesk etc.
