Assistant Manager - R&D; (Industrialisation)

Lead the industrialisation of TOPCon solar cell technologies from development to high-volume manufacturing, driving efficiency, yield improvement, process optimization, and technology transfer.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technology transfer from R&D; to production for TOPCon solar cells.
- Drive process optimization across texturing, diffusion, TOPCon, PECVD, metallization, and firing processes.
- Improve cell efficiency, yield, throughput, and manufacturing cost.
- Conduct root cause analysis, DOE, SPC, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support equipment qualification, process ramp-up, and new technology implementation.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Technology teams.
- Lead and mentor a team of process and R&D; engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD in Materials Science, Electronics, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- 6-8 years of experience in solar PV, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing.
- Solid expertise in TOPCon solar cell manufacturing, process development, and industrialisation.
- Experience in technology transfer, yield enhancement, and high-volume production environments.
