Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance Ops AP/AR role is a contract, on-site position based in Goregaon, Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, collections, and reconciliations. The individual will monitor cash flows, support month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensure accuracy in financial records and reporting.

The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to resolve discrepancies, improve processes,



and maintain compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations.

The Assistant

Manager will also contribute to operational efficiency by identifying automation opportunities and preparing management reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Finance and Accounting skills, with practical experience in AP/AR processes.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting, including preparation of MIS reports and support for audits.
- Candidates should possess solid Operations Management capabilities to streamline and optimize finance workflows.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in finance operations, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in ERP or accounting software, MS Excel, and familiarity with automation tools is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
