Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end plumbing execution for residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Plan and monitor plumbing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and technical specifications.
- Monitor installation of water supply, drainage, sewage, storm-water, firefighting-related plumbing, and other plumbing systems.
- Ensure quality standards, testing, commissioning, and snag-free handover.
- Monitor contractor performance, manpower, materials, and site progress.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Maintain project documentation, MIS, progress reports, and measurement records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable codes.
