Designation: Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Qualification: CA/ US CPA

Work Experience: 3-4 years in core function of Finance & Accounts.

GENERAL

1. Contributes to creation of a high performance culture through effective communication & verbal skills
2. Ability to comprehend revenue contracts with customers and summarize key commercial terms
3. Sound knowledge and practical experience of ASC 606/IFRS
4. Practical experience on GAAP conversions - especially from IFRS to US GAAP conversion.
5. Therefore, the ideal candidate would be 3-4 years experienced CA / US CPA with Big4 background/or alternatively who has played similar role in the industry..

SPECIFIC

1. General Accounting
2. Expert knowledge in US GAAP(Core ASC 606) and Indian GAAP
3. Working knowledge of SEC filing forms - 10K/10Q
4. Comfortable in interpretation and application of SEC regulations in particular Regulation S-X and S-K

Revenue Accounting & Technical Accounting

Review, analyze, and comprehend customer revenue contracts and summarize key commercial terms, including pricing, performance obligations, variable consideration, and contract modifications.

Apply and document accounting conclusions under ASC 606 / IFRS 15, including preparation of technical memos where required.





Support revenue recognition processes, including identification of performance obligations, transaction price allocation, and timing of revenue recognition.

Provide guidance to business and finance teams on revenue-related accounting matters.

SEC Reporting & Regulatory Compliance

Working knowledge of SEC filing requirements, including Form 10-K and Form 10-Q.

Assist in preparation, review, and analysis of SEC filings and related disclosures.

Interpret and apply SEC regulations, with specific focus on Regulation S-X and Regulation S-K.

Ensure financial statements and disclosures are compliant with SEC and US GAAP requirements.

1.Strong technical accounting expertise in US GAAP

2.Hands-on experience with ASC 606 / IFRS 15

3.Working knowledge of SEC reporting and disclosure requirements

4.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

5.Robust analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
