- Design, develop & package Engineering of gas Screw compressor packages (Biogas, CNG, Air, Raw biogas). Bare gas screw compressor block selection through proprietary sizing software tool. Selection of various accessories, drive train arrangement, base frame/skid/canopy design & detailing, GAD, various piping arrangement & package internal layout, supports, tubing, routing, instrumentation, and operational logic for smooth & secure compressor functioning & monitoring operation to suit application.

- Pressure vessels like gas-oil separator design, piping, structural main skid lifting design, mechanical strength & design calculation. Bought out auxiliaries technical specification freezing, supplier offer evaluation for components like valves, filters, strainer, etc.





- Direct/Guide team members to develop new compressor packages/engineering bought outs for parts/system/service/ Spares for accessories to achieve departmental/company goals.

- Maintaining QMS, SAP/ERP database as per system.

- Evaluate technical proposal & cost estimate for packages, Analysis and Approval of bought outs, drawings, proposals inspection reports/details from QA/external agencies/sub suppliers.

- Technical Support to Sales team for new projects, tenders, proposals, bids for achieving Company/departmental goals.

- Detailed engineering activities including technical specification preparation, selection, BoM, drawings for various screw compressor package assemblies/sub-assemblies.
