Role & responsibilities:

- Plan and execute procurement of capital equipment, heavy machinery & medical equipment for capex projects

- Identify, evaluate and develop domestic & international vendors/OEMs

- Carry out technical & commercial evaluation of quotations and lead negotiations

- Manage import purchases LC, Customs clearance, freight & logistics coordination

- Ensure timely delivery, installation & commissioning of machinery

- Draft/vet purchase orders, contracts and AMC agreements

- Monitor capex budget vs. actuals and drive cost-saving initiatives

- Ensure compliance with company purchase policy & statutory requirements
