Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per the prescribed curriculum.

Prepare lesson plans, presentations, practical materials, and other instructional resources.

Conduct assessments, assignments, internal examinations, and practical evaluations.

Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students.

Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment reports.

Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning.

Contribute to curriculum development and improvement of teaching methodologies.

Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, conferences, and academic activities.

Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities of the institution.





Encourage student-centered learning, professional development, and academic excellence.

Collaborate with faculty members and contribute to the overall development of the department and institution.

Qualifications & Skills

Relevant postgraduate qualification in the respective Ayurvedic discipline from a recognized institution.

Eligibility and experience as applicable to the respective Assistant Professor/Lecturer or Associate Professor/Reader position.

Strong subject knowledge and ability to deliver clear and engaging classroom instruction.

Prior teaching or academic experience will be an advantage, particularly for senior positions.

Good communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

Basic knowledge of educational technology, presentation tools, and academic documentation.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Commitment to student-centered teaching and continuous professional development.

Ability to participate in seminars, workshops, research, and institutional academic initiatives.
