We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager - International Business (LATAM) to drive business growth and market expansion across Latin American countries. The role will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, managing distributors, identifying licensing opportunities, expanding product portfolios, and achieving revenue and profitability targets across the LATAM region.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in international pharmaceutical business, distributor management, market development, commercial negotiations, and P&L; management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across LATAM markets.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, products, and business expansion initiatives.
- Develop and manage distributor networks, business partners, and key accounts across the region.
- Lead licensing, supply, and distribution business opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, country-wise business reviews, and market assessments.
- Drive portfolio expansion through product selection, pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management.
- Prepare annual business plans, budgets, revenue forecasts, and profitability analyses.
- Manage regional P&L; and ensure achievement of sales and financial targets.
- Lead techno-commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing,



and Product Management teams for effective business execution.
- Build solid relationships with distributors, customers, licensing partners, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at international business meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience handling LATAM markets.
- Proven track record in International Business, Licensing, Distribution, and Business Development.
- Strong exposure to pharmaceutical exports and partner management.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- MBA in International Business / Marketing preferred.
